Press Registration

Members of the news media who wish to receive press credentials for the ACI-NA 16th Annual Conference and Exhibition will need to get approval from ACI-NA's Communications and Marketing Department. Reporters and editors who want to cover the meeting from an editorial standpoint can apply for credentials. No advertising reps or publishers, please.

To receive a complimentary registration to the Annual Conference and Exhibition, complete the registration form and send one of the following:

• Copy of recently published article with your byline
• masthead of publication that lists your name; or
• Copy of press credentials.

Once approved, we will forward your registration form to the registrar and you will receive confirmation.

Press Office Hours

The Press Office will be located [Room TBD] of the Kansas City Convention Center. Hours are listed in local Kansas City (Central) time.

• Sunday, Sept. 30 5:30a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
• Monday, Oct. 1 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, Oct. 2 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, Oct. 3 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Exhibition Hall Tour

There will not be an official tour of the Exhibition Hall prior to the Grand Opening. Those interested in meeting with specific exhibitors should contact Megan Miller for more information.
