Advance registration is now closed. Individuals wishing to register for the ACI-NA 16th Annual Conference & Exhibition can do so onsite at the Kansas City Convention Center, Lobby 2300, on the following schedule:
NOTE: Registration forms sent to ACI-NA after Monday, September 24, 2007 at 5:00 pm EDT cannot be processed in advance since staff will be departing for Kansas City. Please see the above schedule for onsite registration hours. Thank you!
Only registrations submitted by 5:00p.m on August 24 will appear in the printed pre-registration attendee roster.
Registration is not complete until full payment is received. Early Bird rates, expired on Friday, August 24, 2007. Registrations paid after August 24 will be charged the higher regular/on-site registration fees.
No refunds will be issued for any reason for cancellations received after August 24.

Pre-Conference Seminars Only
Includes attendance at pre-conference seminars, seminar food functions, and access to the exhibition hall.
Full Conference Registration includes entrance to the general sessions, all educational sessions, the exhibition hall, awards luncheon, and closing event.
Pre-Conference Seminar Only Registration includes attendance at pre-conference seminars and seminar food functions, and access to the exhibition hall.
Guest Registration includes access to the exhibition hall, awards luncheon, and closing event only. If a Guest wishes to attend any educational programming, s/he must register for the full conference. The guest registration does not include participation in the optional guest tours. Guest tours are available at an additional cost. Please see the Guest Tours webpage for more details.
IMPORTANT: Each Guest registrant must be the guest of a Full Conference registrant. Guests cannot register on their own.
Confirmation of registration will be e-mailed to fully-paid conference attendees using the e-mail address(es) provided in the badge section of the registration form. Please check your in-box for confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation two weeks after sending in your registration form, please e-mail the ACI-NA Conference Department at cgroup@aci-na.aero. Non-receipt of confirmation before the conference is not justification for seeking a refund.
All cancellations must be received in writing at ACI-NA no later than 5 pm Eastern time Friday, August 24, 2007. Registration fees, minus a $75 per person processing fee, will be refunded after the conference has concluded if the cancellation notice is received by the deadline date. No refunds will be issued for any reason for cancellations received after August 24. Substitutions are accepted any time prior to the conference or at on-site registration. All no-shows will be billed for the full registration fee(s) and will not be refunded. These policies apply to all types of registrations including guest registrations. Non-receipt of a confirmation letter before the meeting is not justification for seeking a refund. Note: ACI-NA reserves the right to cancel this program. In that event, we will notify all registrants and refund the registration fee in full. Any costs incurrent by the registrant, such as hotel cancellation or airline penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
Your complimentary registration forms, as well as forms for extra booth personnel, will be mailed by the end of May! Please do NOT register yet if you intend to use your complimentary forms.
If your 2007 dues are paid in full, your complimentary or 50% off registration forms will be mailed in May! Please do NOT register yet if you intend to use your complimentary forms.
You can register for one, two, or all three days of Show Floor Only access. IMPORTANT: Show Floor Only registration entitles you to attend all of the functions in the exhibition hall for the specified day(s) purchased. This registration does not entitle you to attend any pre-conference seminars, educational programming, the Chairman’s Honors Luncheon, or the Closing Night Event. If you wish to attend any of these sessions/events, you must complete a full conference registration form and pay the full registration fee.
