In 1998, the ACI-NA Board of Directors adopted a sponsorship policy and guidelines for the Airports Council International – North America. Under the policy, ACI-NA will accept voluntary sponsorships for its conferences and events. ACI-NA Members have first preference in sponsorship opportunities.
Sponsorship opportunities were officially opened as of Monday, April 30, 2007. For a two-week period of time, until Friday, May 11, 2007, ACI-NA Members had an opportunity to express their interest in a specific sponsorship opportunity. When more than one company was interested in the same event or item, the sponsor was selected by lottery and was notified by Monday, May 14, 2007.
All remaining sponsorships are now open to ACI-NA Members on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be awarded by date and time stamp on a reply e-mail or fax. After Friday, July 13, 2007, any remaining sponsorship opportunities will be made available to non-members.
