Your registration and payment must be complete by August 17 to ensure that your name and contact information appears in the printed pre-registration attendee roster.
Registration is not complete until full payment is received. To receive the Early Bird rates, all fees must be PAID IN FULL BY FRIDAY, AUGUST 17, 2007. Registrations paid after August 17 will be charged the higher regular/on-site registration fees. All registrations received after August 17 must be paid in full before conference materials are received; ACI-NA cannot invoice you. If you select Purchase Order as your payment option, a PO # must be listed to complete the registration.
No refunds will be issued for any reason for cancellations received after August 17.

Pre-Conference Seminars Only
Includes attendance at pre-conference seminars, seminar food functions, and access to the exhibition hall.
Full Conference Registration includes entrance to the general sessions, all educational sessions, the exhibition hall, awards luncheon, and closing event.

Guest Registration includes access to the exhibition hall, awards luncheon, and closing event only. If a Guest wishes to attend any educational programming, s/he must register for the full conference. The guest registration does not include participation in the optional guest tours. Guest tours are available at an additional cost. Please see the Guest Tours webpage for more details.
IMPORTANT: Each Guest registrant must be the guest of a Full Conference registrant. Guests cannot register on their own.
Confirmation of registration will be e-mailed to fully-paid conference attendees using the e-mail address(es) provided in the badge section of the registration form. Please check your in-box for confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation two weeks after sending in your registration form, please e-mail the ACI-NA Conference Department at cgroup@aci-na.aero. Non-receipt of confirmation before the conference is not justification for seeking a refund.
All cancellations must be received in writing at ACI-NA no later than 5 pm Eastern time Friday, August 17, 2007. Registration fees, minus a $75 per person processing fee, will be refunded after the conference has concluded if the cancellation notice is received by the deadline date. No refunds will be issued for any reason for cancellations received after August 17. Substitutions are accepted any time prior to the conference or at on-site registration. All no-shows will be billed for the full registration fee(s) and will not be refunded. These policies apply to all types of registrations including guest registrations. Non-receipt of a confirmation letter before the meeting is not justification for seeking a refund. Note: ACI-NA reserves the right to cancel this program. In that event, we will notify all registrants and refund the registration fee in full. Any costs incurrent by the registrant, such as hotel cancellation or airline penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
